Why Aerial

Some stories can only
be told from above.

Ground-level content is necessary. Aerial content is different. It reveals what ground cameras simply cannot — the scale of a property against its surroundings, the full sweep of a construction site, the relationship between a business and the landscape it occupies.

On Cape Cod, that context is the whole point. The water, the harbors, the coastline winding between towns — these are the things that make a property worth owning, a business worth visiting, a project worth investing in. Drone footage doesn't just show your subject. It shows why it matters.

Every project is scoped and quoted individually. Whether you need a single aerial pass for a listing or a multi-visit documentation program for a development, the deliverables are built around what you actually need.

Who It's For

Every client sees
something different
from up here.

The value of aerial isn't the same for every business — it depends on what you're trying to show and why the view from above tells that story better than anything at ground level. Here's what drone changes for each type of client on Cape Cod.

🏠

Real Estate

Buyers aren't just buying the house.

At higher price points on Cape Cod, buyers are purchasing a location — proximity to water, neighborhood quality, lot size and privacy. Aerial shows all of it at once in a way no interior walkthrough can. A property with an ocean view two streets back, a large private lot, or a pool surrounded by mature trees looks entirely different — and far more compelling — from above than from the street.

  • Aerial photo galleries for listings
  • Aerial video for premium properties
  • Lot and land context shots
  • Waterfront proximity documentation

Golf Courses

The course is the product. Show it.

A golf course cannot be understood from ground level — hole layouts, elevation changes, the scenery framing every round. Aerial is the only medium that conveys the full experience of the course: its design, its setting, its relationship to Cape Cod's landscape. Whether for a website, a membership campaign, or seasonal social content, aerial footage is the defining asset for any course.

  • Full course and hole-by-hole overviews
  • Seasonal and tournament content
  • Membership and marketing materials
  • Social reels and promotional video
🏨

Hospitality & Tourism

Location is your competitive advantage.

Hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals on Cape Cod compete directly on location. Guests are choosing between options, and aerial content answers the question they're actually asking: what does it look like to be there? Aerial footage places your property in its surroundings — the harbor, the beach access, the grounds — in a single, bookable shot.

  • Property and grounds overviews
  • Coastal and waterfront context
  • Website and booking platform assets
  • Seasonal promotional content
🏢

Local Business

Your location is part of your brand.

Any Cape Cod business with a physical presence worth seeing benefits from aerial — farms, event venues, marinas, outdoor retailers, waterfront restaurants. Aerial content communicates scale, setting, and character in a way no interior or street-level shot achieves. It becomes a hero asset for your website, Google Business Profile, and social channels that keeps working long after the shoot.

  • Exterior and grounds overview
  • Website hero and banner content
  • Google Business Profile assets
  • Social media and ad content

Pricing

Quoted to fit
the project.

Drone work isn't priced from a menu. The deliverables, location, scope, and how the content will be used all shape what a project actually requires — and what it should cost.

Every project gets a custom quote based on what you need, not a pre-set package that may over- or underdeliver. Reach out with a brief description of what you're shooting and I'll have a clear, itemized quote back to you within 24 hours.

FAQ

Common questions
about drone work.

Answers to what most clients ask before booking — including licensing, airspace, weather, and pricing.

Brendan Kelly Productions provides FAA Part 107 certified drone photography and video across all of Cape Cod — including Dennis, Yarmouth, Barnstable, Hyannis, Chatham, Orleans, Eastham, Harwich, Brewster, Falmouth, Sandwich, and Provincetown.

Yes. I hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate — the commercial license required by the FAA for any paid drone work. All operations are fully legal, compliant, and covered. I do not fly under the recreational exemption for commercial work.
Yes, in most locations — with proper airspace authorization. Cape Cod has specific airspace considerations depending on proximity to Barnstable Municipal Airport, Chatham Airport, and other controlled zones. I handle all FAA LAANC authorizations for each shoot location before we fly. If a location has restrictions that affect the shot, I'll tell you upfront.
Every project is quoted individually based on deliverables, location, shoot complexity, and intended use. There's no standard rate card for aerial work — a single-pass real estate aerial is a very different scope from a commercial brand shoot or multi-visit construction documentation. Most aerial photography starts around $200. Reach out with a project description and I'll send a clear quote within 24 hours.
We reschedule at no cost. Wind, rain, and heavy overcast all affect image quality and flight safety — I monitor conditions ahead of every shoot and will reach out proactively to move the date rather than fly in conditions that would compromise the final product.
No. Drone is available as a completely standalone service. If you already have interior photography handled, or only need aerial content for a specific project, you can book drone on its own — no bundling required.
Most shoots run 30–90 minutes depending on scope. A residential real estate aerial typically runs shorter; a full commercial property, golf course overview, or video-heavy scope takes longer. I'll give you a time estimate with your quote so you can plan accordingly.
You do. All deliverables come with full commercial usage rights — use them on your website, social media, advertising, presentations, or anywhere else, forever. No licensing fees, no expiration, no restrictions on how or where you publish.
Drone photography and video is available across all of Cape Cod — Dennis, Dennisport, Yarmouth, Barnstable, Hyannis, Chatham, Orleans, Eastham, Harwich, Brewster, Falmouth, Sandwich, Bourne, and Provincetown. There's no travel surcharge within Cape Cod.
Yes — drone pairs naturally with interior real estate photography and listing video. If you're booking a full property media package, aerial can be added to the same shoot day. View the real estate media packages for full pricing and what's included.
